For a more natural handwritten appearance, use a small random range for Letter-spacing, Line spacing, Word Space, Left gap, and Right gap instead of keeping every value exactly the same.

5. Object Panel

5.1 Preset Templates

You can choose from different preset layout templates. For normal text layout, Table is generally recommended.

5.2 Page

Page represents individual pages. You can add multiple pages and use a different layout or content on each page.

5.3 Template

A Template is a JSON template file and is especially useful for repeated work:

  1. Complete the paper setup, text boxes, tables, fonts, positions, and other layout settings.
  2. Click Save to save the layout as a template.
  3. The next time you need the same layout, click Open to load the template without arranging everything again.

5.4 Paper

Used to set the paper size and feed orientation.

  • Select an existing paper size directly from the list.
  • If the required size is not listed, click the gear icon to create a new paper size.
  • Vertical / Horizontal affects the paper feed direction, determining whether the machine feeds the paper along its length or width.

5.5 Batch Application Data

This is the Merge / batch merge function. It applies Excel, CSV, or similar batch data to a template to generate many pages or tasks with different content.

For a text box on the canvas, use the handle at the upper left to move it, the handle at the upper right to rotate it, and the handle at the lower right to resize it.

Right-click the text box at the move-handle area to access additional actions such as copy, delete, and edit.

To create a guide line, move the cursor to the top or left ruler, hold the left mouse button, and drag toward the canvas. Guide lines can be used to help align objects.

7.2 Rotate

The Rotate 90° and Rotate 180° controls at the bottom are used to rotate the paper/page orientation.

7.3 Notifications

The lower-right area is the notification center. Machine-related prompts, errors, warnings, and status messages are displayed or collected here.

If the machine does not operate as expected, check the notification area first. Then check the machine connection, COM port, paper, pen tip position, and task list.
