1. Check the Required Software
Before starting, make sure both Inkscape and UUNA TEK 3.0 software are installed on your computer.

Once both programs are installed and ready, you can begin preparing your form.
2. Print the Form to Be Filled Out
First, print the form or document that you want the UUNA TEK 3.0 to fill out.
Important: Select "Actual Size" in the printer settings.
Do not use options such as "Fit to Page" or automatic scaling. The physical dimensions of the printed form must remain exactly the same as the original PDF. Any scaling during printing can cause alignment problems later.
The printed document will be used as the physical reference for calibrating the digital template.
3. Calibrate the Form Size in Inkscape and Export It as an Image
After printing the form, use Inkscape to make sure the digital document has exactly the same physical dimensions as the printed version.
Step 1: Open the Original PDF
Open the original form PDF in Inkscape.
Press Ctrl + A to select all objects in the document.

4. Import the Background Image into UUNA TEK 3.0
Once the calibrated JPG is ready, open the UUNA TEK 3.0 software.
Step 1: Set the Paper Size
Set the paper size to:
A4 — 21.0 cm × 29.7 cm
Make sure the selected paper size corresponds to the actual paper you printed.
Step 2: Import the Calibrated JPG
Import the JPG image exported from Inkscape.
The imported image serves as a visual background reference. It allows you to see the original printed form inside the software and accurately position the digital Table object over the existing fields.
At this stage, the printed form and the digital workspace should have the same 1:1 dimensions.
5. Create the Form-Filling Table
After importing the background reference, create a digital table that corresponds to the fields on the printed form.
Step 1: Create a New Table
In the lower-left corner of the UUNA TEK 3.0 software interface, click:
Table → New
Step 2: Configure the Table Parameters
Set the table parameters according to the actual structure and dimensions of your form.
For example:
- Rows: 16
- Columns: 12
- Rows height: 10
- Columns width: 10
After entering the required parameters, click Add to generate the table.
Step 3: Align the Table with the Printed Form
Drag the newly created table so that its grid lines precisely match the corresponding cells on the background JPG.
Take your time during this step and make sure the digital grid is accurately aligned with the printed form.
The background JPG is only used as an alignment guide. The actual writing operation will be performed by the Table object created inside the UUNA TEK 3.0 software.
6. Enter Content into the Form Fields
Once the table has been aligned, you can start entering the information that needs to be written.
Click the cell where you want to enter information. An editing window will appear where you can input the required content.
Depending on your project, you can adjust formatting options such as:
- Font
- Font size
- Character spacing
- Line spacing
- Other text formatting settings
After configuring the content, click Apply to confirm.
Repeat this process for each cell that needs to be filled.
